Frontend assets build with grunt

• we generate web resources during maven build by delegating to grunt
• development mode: non minified
• production (áka maven distro profile): optimized and minified assets

• there exist documentation on how to setup the development environment
• grunt runs on continuous integration server

• in development mode files are regenerated on the fly via grunt
