      1. Steps to Reproduce

      In cockpit

      • open a process definition with job definitions
      • open the "Job Definitions" Tab
      • Select an activity in the first column of the table

=> cockpit performs full page reload.

The same behavior can be observed in other tabs which provide links allowing to change the current selection.

      1. Expected behavior

Selection is updated without page refresh

Actually, there is no page refresh.
But the whole layout is redrawn and it makes feel like a full page refresh.
Bug, feature or necessity, my knowledge of the project is not yet sufficient to have an opinion on that. Some feedback from rehwaldt would be welcome.

I looked at the possible places at which the bug might occur. Still, I do not am sure that I got all of them. Some feedback would be greatly appreciated.
