Engine should deploy all processes without "isExecutable=false" except if it is the only processin an XML file

      AT

      • If a BPMN 2.0 XML contains only one process - it is deployed if the "isExecutable" attribute is not set (as it is the current default and not set in a lot of test cases and existing processes)
      • If a BPMN 2.0 XML contains more than one process only the ones with "isExecutable=true" are deployed to the engine, all other are skipped (even if no isExecutable flag is set)

      Background: currently the engine deploys all processes with missing "isExectuable" flag. This is a show stopper for roundtrip - because the default value for this attribute is false - meaning a lot of tools do not write it to the XML for that value.
