Create predictable FK constraint names in cycle sql scripts

      Problem:

      Sometimes we have problems in CI because the names of the FK changes and the drop script is unable to drop the corresponding tables, which results in a failed ci build.

      AT:

      We should create preditable FK names for cycle sql scripts.
