    Description

      AT:

      • Provide HistoricIncident Entity. Entity should have all the applicable properties provided by runtime IncidentEntity. In addition, it should provide:
      • createTime.
      • endTime,
      • incidentState -> integer, exposed via isOpen(), isDeleted() isResolved()
      • Provide query through HistoryService
