reproduce

select an activity instance in the tree or diagram
filter another activity instance
select another activity instance in the diagram

problem
filter results will not be refreshed (see attached screen shot)

This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All
