Repair Boundary Event layouting with bendpoint overlap

      If you move a task with a boundary over a bendpoint, it will only trigger a relayout when the boundary event itself is overlapping with the bendpoint bounding box.

      Boundary should calculate the bendpoint overlapping with the bounds of the element it is attached to.
