As CaseWorker I can deploy a Case Definition

    Description

      AT:

      • the case definition will be parsed
      • existing inconsistencies cause a parsing error
      • if the case definition has been parsed successfully, it will be deployed and the case is executable
      • there exists an API method: RepositoryService#createCaseDefinitionQuery() to query after deployed CaseDefinitions
      • expose the new Java Api in the REST Api
