New Password validation in Admin broken

      Reproduce steps:
      -Goto Users/Account --> change password menue

      • enter old password
      • enter new password
      • repeat new password wrong

      Problem:
      Change Password btn enabled. Password can be changed.

      Expected behavior:
      Change Password btn disabled
