Description

Reproduce:

open Admin - Users - Account
Enter your Password
Leave New Password and New Password (repeat) field blank
click Change Password
--> Account has no password (validate with relogin)
open Admin - Users - Account again
enter new password and repeat
click Change Password
--> not possible as no My Password was eneterd
