camunda modeler uses activiti and fox namespaces

      When editing process xmls with the camunda modeler, namespace prefixes

      activiti
      camunda
      fox

      are all used.

      When manually fixing this in the xml (changing everything to camunda, its replaces when the next change in the modeler is made.

      Wish: only use camunda: prefix and fix processes while editing.
