Reproduce steps:

• Create parent process with call activity
• Create child process
• Trigger parent process and let both process instances complete
• Check ACT_HI_PROCINST table of DB for START_ACT_ID_

Problem:
START_ACT_ID_ not set

Expected behavior:
START_ACT_ID_ set
