AT:
- when installing a vanilla 7.1.x the create script contains all necessary indices
- index is included in upgrade scripts from 7.0 to 7.1
- naming is changed, so that version is visible (from 7.1.4 to 7.1.5)
- upgrade docs are updates accordingly (http://docs.camunda.org/latest/guides/migration-guide/#patch-level-upgrade)
(no additional script needs to be executed)
