The issue only exists in camunda 7.1.x and up tp 7.2.0-alpha3. Since 7.2.0-alpha4 the ldap identity provider was patched (see CAM-2478 / SHA b951537ef06f97efde75fc683b1a09ee586d2c16). I am closing the issue as wont fix until we get a new user request. Then we can backport it if needed.
