As Operator I can deploy a process from cockpit

      Right now, I have two ways of deploying a process :

      • create a process based application
      • use the API (POST /deployment/create)

      An operator with corresponding authorization would be able to deploy new processes from cockpit

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
