As Tasklist user I cannot perform unauthorized filter modifications

    Description

      AT:

      • the "Create Filter" button is only visible if I am authorized to create filters
      • the "Delte Filter" button inside the Dialog is only visible if I am authorized to delete the given filter
      • I can only submit the filter edit dialog if I am authorized to edit the given filter
