Reproduce:

1. start tasklist in developer-profile
2. edit filter "Soon due tasks" (the priority of filter is 0, but in the modal dialog it is set to 10)
3. save filter

-> the order after filter changed after refreshing the filters and the priority of the filter changed to 10
