• as part of the properties map a list of variable names can be specified (name: variables)
• this variables will be fetch during the execution of a filter (only if HAL mediatype is requested)
• every task contains an embedded list of variable values
• if a variable is not found for a task it will not in the embedded variable values list
• a variable value has the following field: name, value, type, variableType, serializationConfig
• a variable value has an link "self" to the corresponding REST resource of this variable
