Cockpit and Admin not working on WAS with IE9

      Reproduce steps:
      Call /camunda/app/cockpit or /camunda/app/admin

      Problem:

      • Cannot load cockpit and admin login screen
      • Cannot load admin authorization menu
      • cannot load Cockpit process definitions view

      Hints (optional):
      404 when loading /camunda/vendor/better-dom/dist/better-dom-legacy.js

      Workaround:
      Use Tasklist login and switch to Cockpit or Admin
