request on filter without authorization

      Reproduce:

      • A filter that with permission for the owner (demo) only
      • Demo open filter edit menue and save the filter
      • Demo logout
      • Mary log in

      Problem:

      • The user with id 'mary' does not have 'READ' permission on resource '8ad379fe-5078-11e4-b3f2-28d244730e4e' of type 'Filter'

      Hint:
      It is important to enter the filter edit menue with demo user. Otherwise the exception will not occure
