extract jbossas7, gf31 and tomcat into it's own profiles

    Description

      Extract distro/jbossas7, distro/gf31 and distro/tomcat from distro profile into own profiles. For distro/wildfly there already exists a separate profile.
      All activated by default.
      Reason for this change is, that you can call a build for one of these profiles separately or exclude those not needed from your build.
