Add plugin points in tasklist

    Description

      Add two plugin points:

      • "tasklist.task.action" to add some task actions (like "Add Comment")
      • "tasklist.task.detail" to add some tabs in the task detail view (like "Form", "History", etc.)

      Note:
      There is no backend plugin mechanism for tasklist
