Improve WAS installation procedure

    Description

      • RAR is embedded in EAR
      • Process Engine (& dependencies) is deployed as proper shared libray
      • Test suite is adjusted (arquillian needs to add deployment descriptor with reference to shared library)
      • Include proprietary IBM WAS deployment descriptors which simplify installation
      • Docs are adjusted
      • Migration guide exists
