improve highlighting in the BPMN diagram

      I like the idea of having a background color as highlighting of the BPMN element. For the current light-blue color I got the feedback, that people simply did not recognize it. So we should improve on this.

      Ideas: More contrast, other color, ...

      Please also test on beamer/projector
