      Review dependencies, npm scripts and information of package.json.

      I think it would be OK (but some feedback is welcome) to have a postinstall script:
      "scripts":

      { "postinstall": "./node_modules/bower/bin/bower install && ./node_modules/grunt-cli/bin/grunt build:dev" }

      ,
      (if not, we should remove the grunt-cli and bower dependencies)
      After that we could be able to remove the unreliable "grunt-bower-task" from dependencies as well.
