If Job Handler Configuration is null, a NPE is thrown

      Problem:
      org.camunda.bpm.engine.impl.jobexecutor.AsyncContinuationJobHandler#execute throws a NPE when no job handler configuration exists.

      AT:
      Restore old behaviour that no job handler configuration is required.
