Upgrade bootstrap to version 3.x

    Description

      • add bootstrap 3.x to the package.json of camunda-commons-ui
      • remove the bootstrap references in bower.json files of cockpit and admin ui apps
      • change build tasks to copy the glyphicon fonts and remove the glyphicon image files of the version 2.x of bootstrap
