As a Cockpit user, I can search using the Keyboard

      AT:

      • type-ahead for the list of type options
      • up and down arrows navigate through the list of remaining options for the type
      • Enter key creates new pill with selected type and focuses the value field
      • After completing a search (Enter in value field), the search input field is focused
      • If the user starts to type or clicks in the search input field, the type dropdown opens
