Elements in admins authorizations "create new" menu out of position

      Reproduce:

      • open Authorizations tab in admin
      • select Create New function

      Problem:
      In column User/Group the select box is to small
      In column Permissions the edit symbol hides the value

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
