Expand button at cockpits filter sidebar not selectable

      Reproduce:

      • goto process definition view
      • collapse the filter side bar
      • expand the filter side bar

      Problem:
      expand button is not selectable

      Hint:
      the filter sidebar can be expanded as the vertical side bar line is draggable

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
