Cockpit footer bar hides process defintion state

      Reproduce:

      • open cockpit dashboard
      • scroll down to the bottom of the Deployed Processes (Icons) plugin

      Problem
      The process state symbol is hide by the footer bar

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
