After login into Tasklist on IE11 the "task search dropdown" is open

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. start Tasklist in develop profile
      2. login into Tasklist on IE11

      -> the dropdown is open (see attached screenshot)

      Hint:
      Refreshing the page -> the same behavior

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
