Async after jobs are not represented in the Activity Instance tree

    Description

      When an activity has at least one outgoing sequence flow, asyncAfter jobs are not represented in the ActivityInstance tree. That means, they also do not show up in Cockpit.

      AT:

      • Should be, like with asyncBefore jobs, a TransitionInstance.
      • Naming of property TransitionInstance#targetActivityId should be fixed and reflected in REST API
