Add a date & time picker widget to commons-ui

    Description

      A date picker widget is generally not enough because, in most cases, we need time information as well (like in the filters of the tasklist or in the variable widget).
      So we should try to combine the both datepicker and timepicker widgets (of the angular.ui project) into 1 widget (as we already did for the inline-field widget).
