Permission dropdown hides resource input field in authorization menu

      Reproduce:

      • create new authorization (Process Definition menu)
      • select CREATE_INSTANCE as permission
      • enter value in resource ID filed

      Problem:

      • resource ID input filed is covered by the permission dropdown button (see attached pic)

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app

            As discussed with gimbel, I will make some additional layout changes (without touching the logic).

            It will be inspired (for the add / remove buttons) by the layout use for criteria / permissions / variables in the tasklist filter edition dialog.
