Steps to Reproduce:

• In any Process Instance, go to the modification tab and add a Start instruction.
• add an object variable and add object type name, serialization data format and serialized value
• click the apply modification button
• in the review modal dialog, click on the show payload button

Expected Behavior:

• payload contains variable including valueInfo with serialization data format and object type name

Observed Behavior:

• payload contains only serialized value without valueInfo
