UI broken for editing assignee of user tasks

      Reproduce:

      • login to cockpit
      • chose some instance of invoice process
      • go to user tasks tab
      • edit user

      Problem:

      • see screenshot, ui seems to be broken

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
