On Tomcat, process engines are not properly shut down when the defining application is undeployed

      To reproduce:

      • run integration test suite in tomcat6 profile
      • org.camunda.bpm.integrationtest.functional.metadata.engine.TestProcessEnginesXmlInLibrary fails, because an engine with the same name is created in the previous test, org.camunda.bpm.integrationtest.functional.metadata.engine.TestMultipleProcessEnginesXmlsInLibrary
