Investigate automatic re-triggering of failed builds

    Description

      At the moment some test regular fail or npm has problems again or a ssh/github timeout occurs. Currently this jobs have to be restart by hand. It would be nice to have a automatism which at least restarts these build. E.g. 3 retries for such failures.
