Reproduce:

• create a user, which does not have the permission to cancel instances of a certain process definition
• go to cockpit and try to cancel a process instance (or multiple process instances --> EE plugin)

Problem

• the exception message does not point to the fact, that the cancellation is not possible due to a missing authorization
