Using the rest Api, when downloading a file, the filename is preserved

    Description

      Context: when a user downloads a variable of type file, the filename needs to present in the download url for the browser / operating system to correctly detect the type of the file:

      AT:

      • when I GET a variable of type "file" I can receive information about it
      • when I GET a variable of type "file" and append "/data" a download is performed
