The start form of a process is correctly found (and can be loaded) if the process definition was made available at the bootstrap of the engine.
However, if the same process definition is deployed a second time, its start form will not be found.
The error is linked to the URL of the form (which will start by a "app:/" and is obviously not a valid protocol).
