Adjust jobs to use new priority sorter plugin version

      Starting with version 3.x of the priority sorter plugin, the mechanism how to register the jobs changed. Align it to the new version.

      Usage of job priority groups now possible, eg. release, ci, websites whatever. Priorities are now assigned to those groups, not each job individually anymore.

      Queue strategy: Absolute or Weighted Fair Queuing
