camForm does not know caseInstanceId if task is created from CMMN

      The JavaScript camForm for embeddedForms provide processInstanceId and processDefinitionKey when the task is created by BPMN.

      Nothing is provided in case the task was created by CMMN.
      caseInstanceId and caseDefinitionKey should be available in this case.
