Cannot create Message Reference to or from Call Activity

      Reproduce steps:
      You have two pools:

      • first pool contains a call activity
      • second pool contains a message start event
      • create a message reference between call activity and start event

      Problem:
      with the camunda modeler you cannot create the message reference

      Expected behavior:
      according to the bpmn spec this should be possible
