Reproduce steps:
- open Tasklist
- select a task
- resize window to make it narrower so that the UI changes (>678px)
Problem:
1. a white gap appears between filter section and navigation bar
2. a second scrollbar appears when a task is selected
Expected behavior:
1. no white gap
2. no second scrollbar
