Update REST assured version to 2.5.0

    Description

      Due to a bug in REST assured we currently have an ignored test in

      • CaseExecutionRestServiceInteractionTest.java
      • CaseInstanceRestServiceInteractionTest.java
      • ExecutionRestServiceInteractionTest.java
      • ProcessInstanceRestServiceInteractionTest.java
      • TaskRestServiceInteractionTest.java

      this bug was present in the version we use (1.8.1) and the latest version at creation of this ticket (2.4.1). The bugfix is now merged and will be included in 2.4.2 of REST assured.
      To make sure that the REST API is properly tested we should upgrade to the next version after it has been released.
