Reproduce steps:

Deploy process and start an instance
Open Process Definition View in Cockpit

Problem:

Start time is displayed incorrectly. Seconds are always displayed as 00:
- e.g., 2015-06-25T13:52:00

Expected behavior:

Correct start time is displayed:
- e.g., 2015-06-25T13:52:16

Hints (optional):

Correct start time is returned when performing the REST call:
- http://localhost:8080/camunda/api/cockpit/plugin/base/default/process-instance
