Start Time of Process Instances displayed incorrectly in Process Definition View

      Reproduce steps:

      • Deploy process and start an instance
      • Open Process Definition View in Cockpit

      Problem:

      • Start time is displayed incorrectly. Seconds are always displayed as 00:
        • e.g., 2015-06-25T13:52:00

      Expected behavior:

      • Correct start time is displayed:
        • e.g., 2015-06-25T13:52:16
