Provide cross browser functionality for dmn-js

      Currently, dmn-js only work correctly in Chrome. It should also work in FF, IE10-11.

      IE9 might be a separate issue (known incompatibility with moddle-xml export?)

      Known issues:

      • Firefox:
      • Contenteditable causes designMode change, which adds table manipulation controls
      • Changes in cell are not persisted in moddle
      • IE:
      • Can not download file
      • Cells are not editable
